I wanted to share with you just a few details to help our time together run a bit more smoothly. If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Policies

We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. We take your confidentiality very seriously – all personal information is kept private and we use the highest level of internet security. Additional confidentiality measures are outlined in our contract. You can find more details about my/our confidentiality policy in your contract.

Breathing Space Creative's office hours vary, but you can expect responses to your emails, questions, or voice memos within 48 hours, Monday to Friday before 5 pm PST.

Communication will only be handled via email in your client portal, Butter (for coaching calls, if applicable to your package), Loom Video, and Direct Message via the Thrive Coaching Space (if applicable to your package).

Communicating through the client portal is a wonderful way to keep a record of all communication. When you receive a message in your regular email inbox sent by me from the client portal, you can reply right from your email inbox and a copy will automatically populate in the portal.

Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and text messaging are not to be used as a form of communication when doing business with Breathing Space Creative.

FAQs

Thrive Coaching Program

When should I reply to you through the client portal vs the Thrive Coaching Space? All coaching check-ins will happen directly in the Thrive Coaching Space (we use a platform called Mighty Networks). The reason for this is because this is where the modules live, and I want to encourage folks to spend as much time as possible in the coaching space. Any admin communication (payments, contracts, etc) will happen via the client portal.

Is there anything I need to prepare for my coaching calls? Before you book each call, you will be reminded to set your intention and come to your calls with an open mind. There is nothing specific you need to prepare. Your coach (me) will ask you are series of questions to start things off. And remember, we use a unique coaching-mentorship approach which ebbs and flows based on your needs in the moment.

How long should I take with each module? This is up to you and your current schedule. I recommend one-two weeks per module. But because the content lands differently for everyone, you may have to adjust this as you go. Remember, you only have access to your coach for 5 months.

What will communication look like? You will receive a a direct message in the coaching space every Tuesday. Your coach will check in with you regarding your modules and even send you additional resources. Depending on where you are in the program your coach might even have you do some additional challenges.



Monthly Mentorships

What if my page count for the week is less than 10 pages? Always meet yourself where you are at. If one week you only have 5 pages, just make note because you may have additional pages in subsequent weeks. Just be sure to communicate this to me.

What should I do if I can’t get my pages/assignments in on time? Communication is key! Reach out to me and we will come up with a plan that works for both of us.

What will communication look like? All back and forth communication for monthly mentorships happens via our client portal. You will receive a weekly email on Tuesday outlining what you need to get done that week. You feedback will always arrive on a Monday unless otherwise communicated.

What happens if I want to change a section of our custom outline? Communication is your friend! Let me know and I will take a look and see what I can do : )



Editing & Beta Reading Packages

How do I send you my manuscript? You will receive an email outlining the guidelines for manuscript submission.




Next steps

Depending on which package you’ve signed up for, there may be a few housekeeping things to take care of before your project begins. But rest assured I will communicate everything you need to do before the start of our project. If you feel anxious, and need to know what is coming up, please know you are more than welcome to reach out by emailing through your client portal.
